I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I remember being a little girl and putting makeup on my dad and pretending I was the owner of a salon! I remember alot of subway rides to school where I would watch older women apply their makeup on the way to work and I was so fascinated not only by the fact of them applying makeup on a moving train but by how big of a difference it made ,not only physically but the immediate confidence gained shortly after. The beauty industry has always intrigued me, from staring at magazines to music videos. I loved the makeup, and the look of beautiful skin. I loved the creativity from the makeup artist in tv shows such as America's next top model. I remember all the makeup samples my mom would give me from Avon and Mary Kay. My interest in makeup and skincare skyrocketed shortly after high school in 2012 where I worked for a Makeup salon and we did services such as brow henna, face waxing, makeup and individual lashes. There, I realized thats what I wanted to do with my life! I loved the feeling it gave me when someone told me I made them feel beautiful about themselves. I have always wanted to own a place that I can call my own to share my passion with others. However, being a young and new mom in 2014, I had to put a pause on what I wanted and be mom first. I moved to Fort Wayne in January 2015 and once my daughter was old enough to go to school, I decided to take the leap and go to beauty school to get my license in Esthetics at Rudaes School of Beauty Culture. I also am continuing education as a licensed Esthetician and Day Spa owner because there is something you can learn everyday in this industry and I like to be well educated and up with times about how I can help you achieve your goals. I am very blessed to have found my passion. At Skin Studio, I, Nicole am dedicated to providing ethical, result-driven skincare by using products and techniques that I have used and strongly believe in. In my spare time you could find me belting out loud to 90s R&B or cooking. Im also a sucker for horror films and pizza.
I am huge on family and I love being able to set a good example for my daughter with Skin Studio. It's never too late to go back to school and follow what makes you happy.

I’m a licensed Esthetician and a Rudae’s School of Beauty Culture graduate! I’ve always been interested in hair, makeup, skin products, and just all around anything to make myself feel beautiful. My best friend and I used to have sleepovers all the time and we’d have our skin care routine we would do with the fun different styles of masks. We talked about how we would someday go to the beauty college that was in our town. I’m originally from a suburb just south of Chicago, Illinois. I ended up moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana and I pushed off the idea of college for quite some time. One day my sister said she was applying for beauty college and a thought came to my mind that it’s time I make a career out of my love for beauty as well! So I took the leap of faith and have stumbled upon my passion for waxing! I now specialize in full body waxing. Whether it’s an eyebrow touch up or a full leg wax, no task is too little or too big! I also am certified in Dermaplaning and find it very satisfying to do! On my days off I like to in-line speed skate and cuddle with my cat and my fiancé. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, we love to visit Florida every year it has become a tradition. Playing cards is also something we’ve always enjoyed together although we are a very competitive family when it comes to it. However we usually end the night groovin’ away to 80’s disco music with my dad leading the way. Family is my motivation and they push me to better myself each day and for that I am blessed. I’m beyond excited to get my new career started and help others to feel beautiful about their bodies and have the confidence they deserve!
